The S-Class Mercedes is the undisputed leader in the luxury limousine industry. The car has always been setting standards in its segment, introducing technical solutions that eventually went to the rest of the cars. The very origin of the name S klasse (Sonderklasse, from the German Special Class, first-class) shows that we are dealing with a car that demonstrates the technical capabilities of the brand. The W222 model is just a confirmation of the rule. The customer came to our headquarters in Lodz decided on our original STAGE 1. Under the hood of this S-class copy there is a high-pressure turbo V6 unit with a capacity of 258 HP. The 9-speed 9g-tronic transmission is responsible for transferring power to the wheels. Thanks to 4-matic all-wheel drive, traction is not the slightest worry. Our task was to dress up the ECU in this flagship Mercedes model.

After several hours of work spent on the dynamometer, we have refined the software for safe values of engine operation parameters. The temperature parameters on the exhaust remain within a safe range. The effect of our work is presented below in the form of a graph from a load dynamometer. Individual tuning allows us to customize the software for a specific copy and the requirements set for us by the client.
