Alfa Romeo Giulia It is equipped with a 2.0-liter 2.0TB turbo-charged unit. This engine is available in 2 power variants 200 and 280km in the Veloce version. In the copy we were working on we found a weaker, 200 horsepower variant. An interesting fact is that in both the weaker and stronger version we will find the same engine, with the same potential, the differences lie only in the factory engine software. The presented copy has only rear-wheel drive and an automatic, torque converter with 8 gears. Our task was to tune the engine ECU.

Within a few hours spent working on the dynamometer, we optimized our STAGE 1 software for this specific copy of giulia. All drive unit operating parameters remained within safe limits. Such an individualized approach to chip tuning is the basis for trouble-free operation of the vehicle in the long term.

The effect of work on the Alfa is a significant improvement in the dynamics of the car in the full range of engine operation. To be completely happy, we only lacked 98 octane fuel in the tank, which would allow us to approach the 300KM limit, however, following the comments of the customer who, for economic reasons (uses the car mainly on the road) refueles 95 fuel. The program has left a reserve for better fuel.

An additional dose of 50KM and over 100Nm added a bit of venom, which was missing in the series car. Driving dynamics is at a very satisfactory level, which, combined with a great automatic transmission and a very precise steering system, gives the driver a lot of fun. Giulia modified in this way will delight even the most demanding driver.
